The Craft League of Champaign-Urbana is hosting their 40th annual Art Fair on November 4th and 5th. Held at the Savoy Recreation Center, this is the oldest, continuously running art show in the area. This year’s fair will feature 38 artists, with works in ceramics, jewelry, batik, photography, gourds, printmaking, basketry, glass, and more.
The Craft League was founded in 1982 to promote awareness of quality art and craft in the area. The fair was originally held in empty storefronts and church basements, before moving to the Urbana Civic Center, and then to Savoy Recreation Center in 2019.
