Back in June, Serenity gave us a peek into the upcoming season at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. Now, it’s time to revisit and start planning which performances you’d like to see during September through December.

It’s an Ellnora year, so that’s very exciting. I’m looking forward to Emmylou Harris, Ani DiFranco, and Roderigo y Gabriela. I see that Krannert is teaming up with the Virginia again, this time for Rent — a show I never tire of. Continuing the nineties vibe is Mary Chapin Carpenter and Shawn Colvin in October. These are just the shows that I personally have my eye on. Please do reread the season preview so you’re ready for August 9th, at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online at the Krannert website. Shows in January through April will go on sale to the public November 15th.
