This is the 4th annual installment of the event, and I kind of love how they take a rather benign activity and make it a whole thing.
When you bring your up to five boxes of shreddable documents to their branch at 2201 South First Street, there will also be food trucks, music, inflatables for the kids to play on, and Touch-a-Truck.
The shredding is free, and will happen from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but when the truck is full it’s full, so maybe try for the earlier portion of the day.
