The weekend before everything began to shut down, I made a final trip to the library to stock up on some reading material. If you didn’t, or if you’ve already burned through those books, don’t forget that you have e-book options through both libraries. Champaign Public Library and Urbana Free Library have also expanded their online services to better provide for our library needs.
Even if you don’t have a library card, you can sign up to use their e-resources. The best way to start is by downloading the library’s app. From there you can find their e-library, as well as find out how to communicate with librarians during this time. Both libraries are offering methods of personalized assistance from their librarians.
