The East Central Illinois Youth Orchestra will give its winter concert Monday night (MLK Jr. Day) at 7:30 at Smith Recital Hall on the UI campus — and it’s free.

The Youth Orchestra is a full symphony orchestra of mostly high school and some middle school students from the greater Champaign-Urbana area.
