Ben walks us through what it means to be an analog outfitter (hint – knowledge of electronics and a love of sound required), how the business of restoring and repairing old audio equipment got started, and the fascination that musicians and artists everywhere still have with those little glowing vacuum tubes. Ben also talks about the many hats that the company wears in order to stay in business and continue doing pro audio restoration for passionate clients.
