A panel of national political journalists will be speaking at the Spurlock on October 13th

“Reporting on Politics and Elections in 2022,” presented by the Richard and Leslie Frank Center for Leadership and Innovation in Media at the University of Illinois, will feature David Chalian, CNN Political Director, Domenico Montanaro, NPR Senior Political Editor, Vivian Salama, Wall Street Journal National Security Reporter, and Alice Yin, Chicago Tribune City Hall Reporter. The panel will be moderated by Colleen King, the Frank Center for Leadership and Innovation in Media Director and Clinical Assistant Professor of Journalism. 

The event will be in person at the Knight Auditorium at the Spurlock Museum at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 13th, and live-streamed via Zoom. You can register for the Zoom event online

There is a lot happening in the lead up to the 2022 midterm elections, and these experienced journalists will have plenty of insights and anecdotes. It should be a really interesting evening.
