There is certainly no shortage of beautiful subject matter in our area forest preserves, and the Champaign County Forest Preserve District is looking for some photos that will “reflect the beauty and diversity of Champaign County Forest Preserve District’s landscapes and the joy of outdoor recreation.”
If you have a great one, you can submit it to [email protected] through August 21st, and be considered for inclusion in their 2024 calendar as well as future social media posts. There are a handful of guidelines you need to follow, which can be found out the CCFPD website. Maybe most important is the directive to take your photos without disturbing wildlife or your natural surroundings.
