Eat fried snacks and rice noodle bowls at the new Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle restaurant

Kimchi Factory in Champaign is closed, and now a new restaurant called Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle is open in its place. On the menu, find a variety of rice noodle bowls and hot fried snacks. I stopped by and ordered these fried pork gyoza ($4.99). Filled with seasoned ground pork and cooked onions, the gyozas had a crispy exterior and tasted pretty good. The sauce had a yummy sweetness but didn’t overwhelm the savory fried flavor of the dumpling.
