Champaign County Restore is preparing for a big bike sale on Saturday, August 28th. Their volunteers have been fixing up donated bikes to get them ready for sale, and they also have some “fixer-uppers” on hand, as well as “junkers” that could be used for parts.
Bikes that are purchased, along with all other items for sale at Restore, support the work of Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County, building homes with local families in need of some housing support.
If you have a bike to donate, or any other items, you can donate during business hours throughout the week.
