Champaign Center Partnership has announced Julie Pryde as the honorary grand marshal of this year’s Parade of Lights, which will be a virtual event. A well deserved honor, in my opinion. She has worked tirelessly to educate the public (some of whom don’t want to be educated) and lead her army of public health workers to forge a path through this pandemic.
