Learn the basics of Ultimate

Three people are standing on a green grassy field. One white woman with brown hair in a ponytail is ready to throw a frisbee she is wearing a black t-shirt, shorts, and leggings. Standing in front of her is a white woman in a white t-shirt while a white man runs in the background also wearing a white shirt and a white hat.
Ultimate CU

Ultimate CU is hosting a clinic to teach the fundamentals of ultimate frisbee. If you’ve never seen it played, Ultimate is a non-contact game that is a combination of soccer and football skills — non-stop movement and aerial passing — with a disc. Two teams made up of seven players attempt to score by catching the disc in the opposing team’s end zone. If that sounds like fun, the clinic will cover the basic rules, some drills that go over the fundamentals, answer questions, and end with a scrimmage. The event is free but you can get more information and register here.
