There’s a new eatery called Oskee’s Sports Pub moving into the restaurant space at the University of Illinois’ Atkins Golf Course. The new pub does not have much about it online yet, but we can assume that the menu will feature appetizers, burgers, wings, fries, and the like.
The Urbana restaurant space is quite big; it has a full bar and two dining rooms, plus patio seating with views of people zipping around in golfcarts.
Prior to Oskee’s, the location was Homegrown farm-to-table, which opened in February 2022 and despite a fine brunch, closed in the fall of 2023.
No opening date for the new restaurant has been announced at this time.
