Want to see what academic labor looks like? Stop by U of I’s Main Quad today between 11 a.m.-2 p.m., where the Non-Tenure Faculty Coalition (NTFC) will be hosting a teach-in and rally to draw attention to their ongoing contract negotiations.
NTFC has been negotiating for over a year with the U of I Administration with no substantial movement at the bargaining table.
The rally starts at 12 p.m. Classes, office hours, and other work will take place from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
