The Urbana Arts & Culture Program, the arts and culture commission of the City of Urbana, has applications open or about to open.
Urbana’s Poet Laureate application is open through 11:59 p.m. on January 21st. The Poet Laureate “celebrates poetry by recognizing a resident poet who honors and serves our diverse community and elevates the importance of the creative writing art form through sharing their work with Urbana residents.”
Beginning February 1st, you can apply for an Urbana Arts Grant. There are different tiers of support; guidelines are available here.
