This is a pretty amazing story about Lester from The Original Pancake House

A brown box for financial tokens of appreciation for Lester.

If you have ever been to The Original Pancake House, then you know Lester Lindsey. He’s been there for 30 years, and he is constantly circling the dining room making sure you have hot coffee in your mug (and it’s some great coffee). He even has his own tip box as you leave the restaurant.

Recently, the restaurant shared that Lester had a medical emergency, and encouraged people to give to a GoFundMe for his medical costs.

Now, we’ve learned that a woman named Shannon Walter, a CPR instructor, is responsible for saving Lester’s life after he went into cardiac arrest in the Big Lots parking lot. She was alerted by the Pulse Point app of the emergency, and rushed to his location to administer CPR. He’s now recovering in the hospital.
