This local garden is a great place to pick up flowers

If you have driven by the end of South Prospect, there’s a good chance you’ve seen this garden. The Urban Gardens Company is a roadside stand that sells an ever-rotating array of flowers, herbs, and other treasures right from their garden throughout the season. When they open for the day they’ll put out a big flower flag and signs that say what is available that day.

Currently they have mixed bouquets, potted basil, garlic, loofa sponges, and sunflowers. When you drive up the short gravel road, there’s a tent, with all the produce in big buckets and a drop box to pay. It’s based on the honor system but they also have a scan code for venmo.
