Today I tried the Shaggy panini at Cafe Kopi, and it was the exact right sandwich to eat at 10:30 in the morning. It was sort of a cross between a Monte Cristo and an egg sandwich. It had melty ham and swiss, with a fried egg. The sourdough bread was toasted, then dusted with powdered sugar. I was pleasantly surprised by the little container of syrup for dipping. Brunch in a sandwich!
I often have trouble deciding if I want sweet or savory for breakfast, and this gave me a little of both.
